College of Industrial Technology, King Mongkut’s University of
Technology North Bangkok (CIT-KMUTNB)
The College of Industrial Technology, or CIT is considered as a faculty of the King Mongkut's University of Technology North
Bangkok (KMUTNB), which was established in 1959 from the constructive cooperation between the Thai Government and
the Federal Republic of Germany.

Offerings:
The program will be spread over a minimum of 6 years for students
supported by Government, while, other students may complete in a
shorter duration on the fast track within 5 years.
•
The Bachelor’s degree will be awarded by KMUTNB, while the
Master’s degree will be awarded by AIT.
•
The Bachelor’s degree title will be Bachelor of Engineering
(B.Eng.)
•
The Master’s degree title will be Master of Science (M.Sc)
•
Both degrees will be awarded after fulfillment of all the
requirements of each respective degree.
Requirements for Bachelor’s Admissions:
Admissions to Bachelor’s programs are based on the standard
competitive admission criteria set by KMUTNB.
•
Applicants must have completed Grade 12 (Mattayom 6) in
the Sciences-Math Program or now study in Grade 12 in the
Math-Science Program and are expected to fulfill all the
requirements for a high school certificate prior to entering the
Programs.
•
Applicants graduating from an international school or abroad,
must submit certificates of high school completion, the
equivalent to Mattayom 6 within the required period.
•
Standardized National Examination

Total credit requirement for Bachelor’s Degree is 149 credits

AIT English Test score of 5.0 & 5.5 (conditional
admission)

Minimum CGPA of 2.75 on the scale of 4.0 or Grade B or
65%
Recommended / endorsed by CIT-KMUTNB
Tuition Fees
•
CIT-KMUTNB Bachelor Fee is THB19,000 per semester for
regular course
•
.CIT-KMUTNB Bachelor Fee is THB29,000 per semester for
special course
•
Total AIT Fee is THB 848,000 (for RTG supported students)
•
Total AIT Fee is THB 585,000 (for other students) including
bachelor capstone project conducted in AIT.
