Da Lat University (DLU), Vietnam

The Da Lat University (DLU) was initially established as The

University Institute of Dalat in 1958, is now a state-owned

educational institution. It is a multi-disciplinary university

with more than 12,000 students. The vision of Dalat

University is to become a university focusing on the

application of science and technology. It is its goal to

integrate into the world in terms of training and research

by offering multidisciplinary courses, research

opportunities to boost the cause of enhancing the quality

of training and the effectiveness of research and

technology transfer, thus improving the international integration

process in terms of socio-economics and education.

Offerings:

•

This Unified Program will be spread over a minimum duration of five (5) years.

•

The Bachelor’s degree will be awarded by DLU, while the Master’s degree will be awarded by

AIT.

o

Bachelor’s Degree title will be Bachelor in Engineering (BEng) or Bachelor in Science (BSc)

or Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA)

o

Master’s Degree title will be Master of Engineering (M.Eng) or Master of Science (MSc)

depending on Bachelor’s Degree given by DLU.

•

In this Unified Program, students will spend the first seven (7) semesters at DLU for bachelor

courses, and eligible students will continue the Master’s program for three (3) semesters

including one (1) intersem or 7 terms for SOM, AIT Thailand

Requirements for Bachelor’s Admissions:

•

Admissions to Bachelor’s programs are based on the standard competitive admission criteria

set by DLU.

•

High school graduate or graduating

•

According to MOET Regulation for Recruiting Students

•

High School Transcript

•

Attending National Competency Assessment with results equal to or higher than the

benchmarks of DLU.

Requirements for Masters’s Admissions:

•

English Requirement: AIT English Test 6.0 | IELTS 6.0o

o

AIT English Test score of 5.0 & 5.5 (conditional admission)

•

Grade: Minimum CGPA of 2.75 on the scale of 4.0 or equivalent

•

Recommended / endorsed by DLU

•

Transcripts / Grade Marks

Tuition Fees

•

DLU Bachelor Fee is in VND to be announced every semester

•

Total AIT Fee is THB 540,000 (normal fee is 848,000)

o

Students with good academic standing and English proficiency will be given additional

scholarships
