Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of West Bohemia(ZCU), Czech
Republic
Offerings:
•
The program will be minimum of five (5) years
•
The bachelor’s degree will be awarded by ZCU while the
master’s degree will be awarded by AIT
•
The Bachelor’s degree is a 3-year program, students will
spend the first six (6) semesters (3 years) at ZCU for
bachelor courses and continue Masters in AIT in next 4
semesters)
Bachelor Requirements:
•
Admissions to Bachelor’s programs are based on the
standard competitive admission criteria set by ZCU.
•
Conditions for Admission to the Faculty of Electrical Engineering:
o
secondary education completed by the final exam,
o
filing a correctly completed application, including the required annexes,
o
payment of an administrative fee for the admission procedure,
o
compliance with the admission criteria
Application for study:
•
electronically at
eprihlaska.zcu.cz
,
•
fill in required data,
•
enclose the following annexes (in PDF format - rules):
o
summary of secondary school grades – Transcript of record (with the averages given for
each year),
o
a school-leaving certificate; in the case of a final exam passed abroad, a certificate on
recognition of foreign education or confirmation of foreign education according to Dean’s
Decree „Assessment of foreign education for the purposes of the admission procedure to
the study programs of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of West
Bohemia“,
o
a certificate of completion of the English language examination at B1 level (TOEIC, IELTS,
FCE, ECL, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo) - does not apply to applicants whose native language is
English and secondary school graduates with a degree program in English (confirmation
from secondary school required),
•
documents demonstrating activities for which bonus points can be earned.
•
a medical certificate is not requested,
•
the applicant has the right to state in the application form that he/she is a person with
specific educational needs.
Requirements for Masters Admissions:
•
Recommendation / Endorsement Letter from ZCU
•
Transcripts or Grades Certificates up to 6th semester
English Requirement: AITE 6.0 | IELTS 6.0
•
AIT English test score of 5.0 & 5.5 (conditional admission)
Grade: Minimum GPA of 2.75 or equivalent
Tuition Fees:
•
Tuition fees for Bachelor’s Programs EUR 12,000
•
AIT fees for Master’s Program is THB 540,000
o
Students with good academic standing and English proficiency will be given additional
scholarships
